Finishing Processes: Our conversion processes offer a great number and variety of finishing possibilities for sheet printing. State of the art, fully automated die cutting and punching machines guarantee an accurate finish as a result of security during processing. Our shift-turnaround, operating 6 cutting machines plus 8 die-cutting Blumer units, ensures format retention and exact finishing. Retrofitting this finishing process is a high-grade counterpressure system which is capable of the most accurate fitting finishes of even the most complicated die-cut forms, including large formats. Our own inhouse developed TRENT-System prevents the danger of intermixing labels. Each bundle of labels is clearly identified by its own specific 2D-barcode which is printed and counter-signed on a cardboard under-sheet. This individual barcode of each lable package is scanned, controlled during intern transportation, and steered directly to the robot supported palettisation system. A
