Finishing Processes: Our conversion processes offer a great number and variety of finishing possibilities for sheet printing. State of the art, fully automated die cutting and punching machines guarantee an accurate finish as a result of accurate control during processing. Shift teams, operating 6 guillotines plus 8 die-cutting Blumer units, ensure format retention and exact finishing. Complementing this finishing process is a high-grade counter pressure system which is capable of very accurate fitting finishes for even the most complicated die-cut forms, including large formats. Our own in-house developed TRENT-System prevents the danger of mixing labels. Each bundle of labels is clearly identified by its own specific 2D-barcode which is printed and counter-signed on a cardboard under-sheet. The individual barcode of each label packis scanned, controlling internal transportation. It is then steered directly to the robotic palletising system, giving accurate control, especially with labels of very similar designs e.g. bar-coded and non-bar-coded designs. A
